Malek Hanna was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, where he discovered his passion for the arts at a young age. Studying and acquiring a BA, MA and PHD credits from numerous prestigious universities, as Fordham, Julliard and UCLA, Malek continues to act, sing and produce in Los Angeles and New York. His most recent and recognized credits and awards include rave reviews in the L.A. Times for his performance in Cabaret, Chicago, Christmas Carol, Best Vocalist Award at the IMTA- Tomorrow Talent Competition, Featured Soloist in Rome/Italy at Vatican for Pope John Paul, honorary singer at the Staples Center for the LA Lakers, Best Monologue Award at Upright Citizen Brigade (NYC) and IMTA Winner - sitcom, monologue, singing, T.V. commercial and talent of the year.
